Will I feel anything during a session?

I only see two LEDs lighting up on the headset. Is this correct?
Yes. These two lights provide a visual indication that the headset is turned on, and the remaining LEDs emit near-infrared light, which is outside the visible spectrum. The headset is working if the indicator lights are on.
Can it treat medical conditions?
No. The Neuromatrix Headset is designed for general wellness and high performance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.
How long until I notice results?

Is there a warranty or return policy?
Yes. We offer a one year warranty and a 60 day return policy. There is no restocking fee for returns requested within 30 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns requested from day 31 through day 60 after delivery.
