Refund policy

Please email us a admin@neuromatrix.health for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We offer a one year warranty and a 60 day return policy. We charge a 10% restocking for returns within 30 days after delivery, and 20% restocking fee within 60 days after delivery.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
